Welcome to The Goat Arena! By accessing or using our facilities, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and fair experience for all patrons. Please read them carefully.

1.1. Acceptance of Terms: By entering The Goat Arena, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 

1.2. Hours of Operation: The operating hours for each facility are displayed at the entrance and on our website. Management reserves the right to alter these hours. 

1.3. Age Restrictions: Patrons under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless specified otherwise for specific activities. 

1.4. Conduct: All patrons must behave respectfully towards other users, staff, and property. Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior will result in removal and potential banning.

2.1. Membership Options: Membership plans and their benefits are detailed on our website and in promotional materials. 

2.2. Payment Terms: All payments for memberships, facility bookings, and services must be made in advance. 

2.3. Cancellations: Cancellation of bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or reschedule. 

2.4. Refunds: Refunds for unused memberships or bookings are subject to management approval and may incur administrative fees.

• Court bookings are required and must be adhered to. Late arrivals may result in loss of booking time.
• Non-marking shoes are mandatory.

• Proper swimwear is required at all times.
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.
• No diving in non-designated areas.

• Use designated areas and equipment responsibly.
• Protective gear is recommended for cricket activities.

• Follow court booking schedules and etiquette.
• Personal equipment is allowed but must meet safety standards.

• Time slots for use must be booked in advance.
• No food or drinks are allowed near gaming equipment.
• Damages to equipment will result in fines.

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Maintain cleanliness and dispose of trash properly.

4.1. Assumption of Risk: Use of The Goat Arena facilities is at your own risk. Management is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings. 

4.2. Medical Emergencies: In case of an emergency, notify staff immediately. First aid is available on-site. 

4.3. Equipment Damage: Users are responsible for any damage caused to facility equipment due to misuse.

5.1. Advance Bookings: Reservations can be made online or at the reception desk. 

5.2. No-Shows: Failure to show up for a booking without prior notice may result in forfeiture of payment.

6.1. Personal Information: By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for operational purposes. We will not share your information without your consent. 

6.2. Photography: Photography and videography within the premises are prohibited without prior approval from management.

7.1. Changes to Terms: Management reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated through our website and notices at the facility. 

7.2. Termination of Access: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate memberships for violations of these terms.
